I know the photo is difficult to see. So you'll probably just have to take my word for what it is.
In this photo is an old man...I'd say in his 60s... the back hatch to his SUV is wide open.. Inside? Bread. In his hands? Bread. On his shoulders, and everywhere else? Pigeons. Tons of pigeons everywhere! So the guy likes to feed pigeons, right? What's the big deal? Well, friends... this man fed pigeons for more hours than I was at that location for work. And I was there from 3pm to 630pm! I imagine he stands there day in and day out covered in pigeons. And I don't think I need to tell you what happens to you when you stand around all day covered in pigeons! I think I found myself a nice photoessay to do! Thank you to my co-worker Tom Steiger for letting me use his camera phone (even though his camera phone is a piece of pigeon poo) :D

Moving on...

Our weather guy doesn't think Tropical Storm Gamma will be a strong storm when it reaches us. I'm still optimistic about Thanksgiving. Dave is already in Key West. I don't know where I'll be for the storm yet. Who would ever have thought there would be a Storm named Gamma! Until this year, we had never run through all the names for storms. Ever. Now we are 3 storms in to the Greek alphabet! _./
